We love great food. That’s it.
The stuff we were buying in the supermarkets just wasn’t cutting it. So we made it our mission to find great food ourselves, and make sure everyone else could share it.
We think our farmers and butchers have nailed it. Dry-aging means our steaks are beautifully tender, with an intense, beefy flavour. They look beautiful too, with the centre being a deep red, surrounded by slightly darker outside edges resulting from exposure to the air during the aging process.
